Hey there, I’m Wendell C. Versaille, and my life’s journey has been a beautiful story of faith, music, and a profound calling to serve God and inspire others. I was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and moved with my family to the United States when I was five. We settled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I began to discover a passion for both music and helping people—a combination that would uniquely shape my future.

At thirteen, during a church service, I had a life-changing moment when I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That decision transformed me, making faith the heartbeat of my life and setting me on a path to serve God with everything I am. As I grew, God’s calling on my life became clearer and stronger. My journey eventually led me to Lynchburg, Virginia, where I met Naomi, the love of my life. Together, we’ve been blessed with two incredible children, Josiah and Ariyah, who fill our lives with joy and purpose. I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biblical and Theological Studies with a minor in Church Ministries at Liberty University. This education laid a strong foundation for my role as a pastor and as an Elder board member at Hill City Community Church (HC3).

 

Today, I serve as a ministry pastor at Definition Church and am stepping into a pastoral residency, preparing to become a lead pastor or possibly plant a church. I am also working toward my Master of Arts in Christian Leadership at Manna University, further equipping myself to serve God’s people in deeper ways. Over the past decade, I’ve been blessed to work closely with local churches, guiding young adults in worship, relationships, and the teachings of God’s Word. I’ve had the privilege of preaching and teaching at conferences, churches across denominations, men’s retreats, and more.

My vision is to be a vessel for God’s Word, sharing His message of love, hope, and redemption in a way that is personal and accessible. I want to walk alongside others on their spiritual journey, helping them truly experience Jesus and understand the purpose He has for their lives through meaningful discipleship.
